Qualifications & experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills, displaying a friendly and helpful demeanour
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Clear communication – verbal and written with internal and external customers
- Manual drivers license and Forklift license preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries over the phone and in store
- Provide internal quotes to other departments and external retail customer quotes
- Prepare sale orders and purchase orders for all customers
- Follow up customer quotes and actively seek new business for the Opposite Lock franchise
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about new and existing 4wd products on the market
