Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

Location: Ian Weigh Toyota Rockhampton

Requirements:

• Automotive Sales experience is preferred but is not mandatory
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
• Motivated and Process Driven
• Demonstrated computer skills and phone skills in previous roles
• High standard of literacy and numeracy skills
• Current manual driver’s license

The role is full time 

Ian Weigh Toyota Rockhampton have an opportunity for a well-presented, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultant to join our used vehicle sales team. You must have a desire to exceed customer expectations, have strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership’s customer base.

You will be working within a fast paced environment, communicating with all types of people working within a very supportive team.

What does a day in the life of a Sales Consultant look like?

• All aspects of the sales process
• Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
• Achieving individual sales KPI’S
• Developing and Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Toyota Brand
• Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting out clients to find the right vehicle
